Final Sale Policy

All transactions with Saint Fleur are considered final. Given the perishable and custom nature of our preserved roses and floral arrangements, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide store credit for orders once they have been processed. This policy applies strictly to changes of mind or circumstances. However, we are committed to the satisfaction of our customers. In the event that an order arrives damaged or incomplete, Saint Fleur will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and offer an appropriate resolution. We aim to ensure that every customer receives their order in perfect condition and as expected.


We recognize that circumstances may change, necessitating a change or cancellation of your order. Although our order processing commences almost immediately to guarantee timely delivery, there is a limited timeframe during which you may cancel or alter your order. Cancellations or modifications are subject to a review process and may be accepted if processing has not yet begun. Any cancellations or changes may incur additional charges, and the cost implications will be communicated at the time of the request. Saint Fleur will bear the return shipping costs for any approved returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
